Return Policy
At Contento Candle Co., we take pride in the quality and care of our handmade products. Due to the nature of our small-batch creations, all sales are final.
We only accept returns or replacements if your item arrives damaged during shipping. To be eligible, you must:
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Provide clear photographic proof of the damage, including packaging

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped from New Jersey using Shippo, which partners with trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days. Once your package is on the way, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey.
