What type of vessel do you use?

Our candles are hand-poured into blown glass vessels, finished with a soft glossy coating that gently diffuses the candlelight for a warm, ambient glow. Fragrance names are subtly etched onto the glass for an elevated, minimalist finish that feels timeless in any space.

Each candle is topped with a high-gloss black lid featuring a silicone inner fitment to ensure a secure seal. Designed with intention, the lid also doubles as a coaster when flipped, adding both polish and practicality to your candle experience.

How long do the candles burn?

The standard candles burn for around 40-50 hours, and the large ones for about 60-65 hours, depending on how you care for them.

How do I best care for my Contento candle?

Candle Care

For a Clean, Luxurious Burn
Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each lighting
Allow the first burn to create a full melt pool (approximately 3–4 hours)
Limit subsequent burns to 3–4 hours to help preserve fragrance quality
Always burn within sight and away from drafts, pets, and children

Candle Wisdom
Candles possess a natural “memory.” The wax will only melt as far as it did during the first burn, so allowing it to fully reach the edges helps ensure an even, beautiful burn every time.

Allow your candle to form a full melt pool during each burn. This helps prevent tunneling while enhancing scent throw — the candle’s ability to beautifully diffuse fragrance throughout your space.
